In infrastructure investments, the role of the contracting authority and the general contractor is indisputable. Without the stable position of each of them, effective and efficient execution of the public contract is not possible. However, the role of designers and engineers is often overlooked in the public discourse surrounding infrastructure investments. Their contribution to the execution of orders is equally important — every investment requires a solidly prepared project.
