On June 11, 2025, the thirteenth edition of the Polish Infrastructure Congress will take place in Warsaw. The event has already become a permanent fixture in the calendars of the Polish transport and construction industry. The organizers of the Congress are the TOR Economic Advisors Team and the Infrastructure Market portal. Every year at the Congress we host more than 600 participants representing business, the world of science, central and local governments of various levels, employers' organizations and entities commissioning the implementation of investments.

In this year's edition, we will devote a lot of space to new investments in infrastructure. Are Polish construction companies ready for this? Will public contracting authorities plan tenders well and efficiently? What changes in public procurement law is the legislator planning? What sources of funding can supplement the new flow of funds from the state? Have we learned from last year's floods and will the resilience of infrastructure be the focus of future investments? How to conduct investments without disputes between the parties to the contract?

These questions will be answered by panelists and listeners gathered at the thirteenth Congress of Polish Infrastructure. We invite you to register!
